Using simple equipment, students pressurize a plastic bottle and measure the increase in temperature of the air inside. Then they will release the pressure and observe a rapid decrease in temperature. Charles' Law.

The "20 oz. Bottle" required for this lab is readily available at your local grocery or convenience store. Each lab group would need one bottle. The "Pressure Pumper Kit" has enough equipment for 15 lab groups.
