Full Time Customer
Service Professional
Arbor Scientific, a growing provider of high-quality, innovative
products to science educators, seeks a new addition to our team. Our

We require a professional who can work in a fast paced environment. You
must possess excellent organization skills, a good memory for details
with accuracy, and can successfully handle multiple tasks with
deadlines.
This full time, salaried position is available Monday – Friday from
8:30-5pm and includes benefits.
You will learn the operation of our business from the ground up,
beginning with a short transitional time in our warehouse. This allows
you the opportunity to develop first hand, working knowledge of the
products we offer to better serve our customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years professional experience
• Proficient skill level in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn
new programs quickly. Good typing skills with accuracy are
required
• Experienced in data entry and professional telephone demeanor
• Attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy
• Excellent organization skills
• Strong problem solver who can conceptualize and adapt rapidly
• Ability to efficiently and effectively multitask, with both directed
and independent projects
• Good communication skills, both oral and written, with a friendly and
outgoing friendly personality

Part-Time Graphic
Production Artist
Arbor Scientific, a growing provider of high-quality, innovative
products to science educators, seeks a new addition to our team. If you
are a professional who can work in a fast paced environment, possess
excellent organization skills, and can successfully handle multiple
projects on deadline, we want to talk with you. You will be required to
prepare mechanical files, produce comps for email campaigns, print and
web applications. This part time position is available 20-25 hours per
week.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years professional experience
• Proficient skill level in Photoshop, Illustrator, and PC-based desktop
publishing tools (Acrobat, PowerPoint etc.). Preference will be given
to experienced users of Flash, InDesign, and Premiere. A very
good knowledge of Adobe programs is required.
• Experienced in comp scanning, retouching and color correction
• Ability to quality control files and pre-flight documents
• Attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy
• Excellent organization skills
• Knowledgeable in font management
• Strong problem solver who can conceptualize and adapt rapidly
• Ability to efficiently and effectively multitask
• Good communication skills: oral, written, and graphic
• Web design experience a plus
