The only trick is just to use very elastic ballons when the initial ones are wasted. Very efective and funny

My eighth graders study Newton's laws and Bernoulli's Principle. The helicopters demostrate these concepts very clearly, and the students had such a blast operating their helicopters that I ordered extras to give away as prizes.
