Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated by UPS Worldship. Our web site can only
compute shipping costs based on product weight, but UPS rates are often
determined by volume (dimensional weight). If the dimensional weight of your
order is higher than than the actual weight, the shopping cart may
inaccurately quote your estimated shipping. Multiple boxes can also result
in higher shipping costs. Should this affect your order, a customer service
representative will contact you with an explanation. For customers within
the continental U.S. prepaying by check, add $6 or 5% of your order,
whichever is greater, for shipping costs.
International Orders
International orders are shipped by UPS unless
otherwise requested. Please contact customer service directly for a
quotation.
International customers are responsible for
any customs fees, taxes, GST, VAT, brokerage fees, etc., that are
applicable to their inbound shipments. These fees will be applied after
the order leaves Arbor Scientific and billed by carrier. Please visit
www.ups.com for further information and
explanation of fees involved when importing.
Orders shipped outside the United States and
Canada are subject to further address verification before shipment is
completed. A customer service representative will email you if this
additional step is required.
Expedited Shipping
For faster service, we also offer UPS expedited services at an additional cost.
UPS guarantees the day of
delivery for every ground package they ship to any commercial address in the
48 contiguous states (see
Terms and Conditions
