Laser Voice Transmission Package

Wow your students with a spellbinding demonstration of the "sound of light."

When used with the P2-7255 modulated laser, our Laser Voice Transmission Package lets you transmit sound via light waves. This state-of-the-art equipment is a breeze to use. Simply plug the microphone into the laser, attach the silicon detector to the speaker, aim the laser into the "eye" of the silicon detector, then whistle, hum, or break into song.

Your students will be amazed as they see and hear their voices converted into light, then reconverted into sound at the detector's speaker. We even include a short length of fiber optic cable so you can demonstrate the principles of fiber optic laser transmission.
