Powered by gravitational potential energy, this easy-to-assemble kit provides hands-on, practical building experience while fueling imagination with history and science. Investigate how projectile range is affected by weight, weight position, sling length, pivot point, and projectile mass.
Each kit includes assembly instructions and internet resource materials that provide investigations into the theory of operation, mathematical modeling, history, and more! Finished frame is 12 inches high and requires assembly.
