Customer Satisfaction

If you are not 100% satisfied with any Arbor product, please contact customer service for a RMA # and return it to us within 30 days for a credit, refund, or exchange.

Returning a Product

Contact Customer Service to obtain a RMA number so we will know how to process your order when we receive it.

Send the item(s) and all product instructions and packaging along with the packing slip via a traceable shipping method to:

Please include instructions if you would like an exchange or refund.

• Gift Certificates cannot be refunded. 
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• We cannot accept COD packages.

Damaged Shipments
Damaged or missing items must be reported to Arbor Scientific within three business days of receipt. Retain damaged item(s) and all packaging material for carrier inspection. Please contact our customer service department to report damage and have a replacement sent.
