After you purchase any product from Arbor Scientific, if you feel that it fails to live up to your expectations for any reason, return it to us within 90 days of the invoice date for a credit, refund or exchange. Items must be in resalable condition, in their original packaging, and include all parts, accessories and user manuals (where applicable) to receive 100% of the original purchase price. *
Damaged or missing items must be reported to Arbor Scientific within three business days of receipt. Retain damaged item(s) and all packaging material for carrier inspection. Please contact our customer service department to report damage and have a replacement sent.
Returning a Product
- Gift Cards and downloadable software are considered non-returnable.
- Shipping charges are ONLY refundable for damaged or defective product.
- We cannot accept COD packages.
- Contact customer service at 1-800-367-6695, or email [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- When contacting customer service, please provide or include your purchase order number along with your Arbor Scientific order number at time of your request.
- Please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.
Shipping Returned Products
Ship the return package back to the following address with your preferred shipping carrier. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
