This kit allows students to demonstrate that a magnetic field is created around a wire carrying an electrical current. The kit includes a magnetic compass (for detecting the induced field) and insulated alligator clip leads. Use the Genecon with the Electrical Current and Field Kit or the 1 Farad Capacitor Demonstration.
