Calorimeter, Double Wall Electric

This sturdy alternative to Styrofoam cup calorimetry can be used for standard calorimetry experiments or connected to a variable power source for use with the included 3 Ohm heating coil. More accurate measurements can be taken thanks to the double-wall, Styrofoam-insulated design. The standard electrical binding posts can accommodate 4 mm banana plugs, alligator leads, or spade terminals. The calorimeter also includes a stirring rod, a port for a thermometer/thermocouple, and a cap to seal off the larger opening if the heating coil is not being used.
